Dear Institute for Education Sciences Grant Proposal,
Right now, we have a love-hate relationship. I am sick of you, but I need you. You are not sick of me yet, but you will be after I revise-resubmit the 10 times it will take me (or more) to actually get you to fund me.
IES, can you just be a little nicer? Can you just make your request for applications a little less confusing to organize?
IES, I need to take a break from you for the rest of tonight. But, we shall meet again early tomorrow morning. Alas, I am an addict, I cannot let you go, although you are CLEARLY making me a little looney.
