Here are the materials and the process of making the wreath.
Materials:
Burlap: 1 yard
Hot Glue and Glue Gun
Metal House Numbers (Home Depot or Lowe's)
Faux flowers (Michaels)
Decorative Ribbon
Process:
Step 1: Buy a plain wooden wreath form (Michael's, $3).
Step 2: Wrap (while hot gluing) burlap fabric to the wreath form (Burlap, $3/yard).
Step 3: Cut out initials on cardboard.
Step 4: Cover cardboard initials with faux moss ($6 per package-one package will make multiple wreaths-probably four wreaths) using hot glue.
Step 5: Glue on faux flowers and house numbers ($6 per faux flower at Michaels for the Hydrangeas). Many of the house numbers come with a built-in adhesive as well, so you might not need to use glue.
Step 6: Attach ribbon for hanging (either with tacking or hot-glue).
And the final product...
