Today I finished the front of the quilt for the special-person-that-shall-not-be-named-that-does-not-read-the-blog. I will eventually reveal the recipient.
I still have to complete the backing and finishing touches, so it's not completely finished. Oh, and it's definitely not perfect. But I'm hoping it's special enough for the person that will receive it. It took two days to get this far. Phillip helped me so much tonight with by ironing the quilt squares before I sewed them onto the batting.
Tomorrow, the next day, and the next will be craft filled. I have lots to finish before Christmas, but the gifts family and friends are receiving will be heartfelt, homeade, and special. There isn't anything to replace that.
